Agricultural Workforce Development
Preparing the next generation of the agriculture workforce for long-term success is critical for sustaining Arizona’s food future. Agriculture workforce development programs not only help beginning farmers and ranchers enter a critical industry in Arizona but also help sustain farms and ranches of all sizes across the state.
The agriculture workforce development priority area has 2 objectives. Explore the indicators we are tracking for each objective below. The stages of change model is used to describe the progress on each objective of the food action plan.
We are asking AZFSN partners to help us gather and collect data across the state to help track and monitor the progress of the food action plan. |
